Current delivery time: 5 to 10 working days after receipt of order.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

For new drops, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

For deliveries outside the EU, taxes, customs duties, or other fees may be charged by the respective destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for information on your country's policies.


RETURN


You can return your order, or parts of it, within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can easily initiate a return via our returns portal.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.

Returns – Germany, Zones A, B & C (USA)

Please use your customer account to create your return label.
For returns within Germany, the return shipping costs are €5.99 , plus a restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns from Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C, as well as the United States, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In these cases, we do not provide a return label. A restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price will also apply.

Please note: Unannounced returns incur additional costs. Therefore, we charge a processing and restocking fee of €15.00 in such cases.

The goods must be in proper condition, meaning unused, unwashed, treated with FAME Fashion (appreciation), and carefully packaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that arrive late or in an improper condition.

An exchange/cancellation of personalized items such as underwear, socks and B-stock is excluded.
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.

The above-mentioned conditions do not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we can't automatically offset one item against another, so direct exchanges aren't possible. You can, of course, still conveniently exchange an item:

1. Simply reorder the item in your desired size from the shop so that it can be shipped directly to you.
2. Follow the return instructions above to return your incorrectly sized item.
