3.5.Return - Process

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You can find all the details under: Right of Cancellation.
Products will only be accepted if they are free of defects (except for fitting), unworn, and unwashed. The buyer is liable for any damage caused by improper fitting (e.g., deodorant or coffee stains).
3.7. Payment - Credit:
After you have submitted the return to DHL, please send us an email to info@fame-fashion.de and register it. It is also important to keep the shipping receipt. Credits for returns are always issued the week following receipt of the return. This means: After the warehouse has re-sorted the returns from Monday to Saturday, they are transferred from there to accounting. The credit is then issued on Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week.
3.8 Manufacturing or processing defects
Obvious manufacturing or processing defects are considered legitimate grounds for complaint. In these cases, we naturally offer free replacement.
In the case of product or printing defects, Fame Fashion requires clear photos demonstrating the defect for inspection. However, complaints are also submitted where the validity of the complaint is either still pending or not established. The most common cases and how they are handled are summarized here.
Product and printing defects
A legitimate reason for complaint is generally a significant manufacturing or processing defect in the product, as well as a misprint. In such a case, Fame Fashion will arrange for a free reprint.
First wash cycle & care instructions
Experience has shown that any deficiencies in print durability become apparent after the first wash. This is usually caused by incorrect pretreatment of the fabric by the manufacturer. Therefore, print products should be inspected promptly after delivery and washed according to the washing instructions. To be able to identify and complain about these defects, it is important to wash the product. If defects arise due to non-compliance, these are not considered grounds for complaint.
Inappropriate clothing size
Textile sizes are not subject to any standardization, which is why size M from manufacturer A can be completely different from the same size from manufacturer B. For your convenience, we provide a size chart for each product with width and height information. These measurements are based on unwashed fabric and are not guaranteed. Should the actual measurements deviate by more than +/- 5% after our inspection, Fame Fashion will provide a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
Image vs. printing inks
Design images may differ in color from the actual print colors. Generally, the colors in the images may appear a little more saturated, or the colors on the shirt may appear a little darker.
Why is the subject crooked or incorrectly positioned?
Positioning is subject to tolerances, and textiles are not always cut exactly straight.
