3.5.Return - Process

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You can find all details under: Right of cancellation.

The products will only be returned if they are free of defects, unworn and unwashed (except for fitting). The buyer is liable for any damage caused by improper fitting (e.g. deodorant or coffee stains).

3.7. Payment - Credit:


After you have sent the return to DHL, please send us an email to info@fame-fashion.de and report it. It is also important to keep the shipping receipt. The credits for returns are always made in the week following receipt of the return. This means: After the warehouse has sorted the returns from Monday to Saturday, they are sent from there to the accounting department. The credit is then made in the following week on Tuesday and Wednesday.

3.8. Manufacturing or processing defects

Obvious manufacturing or processing defects are considered legitimate grounds for complaint. In these cases, we will of course offer free replacement.

In the case of product or printing defects, Fame Fashion requires clear photos that show the defect for inspection. However, complaints are also submitted where the legitimacy either still has to be verified or is not present. The most common cases and how they are handled are summarized here.

A legitimate reason for complaint is generally a clear manufacturing or processing defect in the product or a misprint. In such a case, Fame Fashion will arrange for a free reprint.

First wash cycle & care instructions

Experience has shown that any defects in print durability become apparent after the first wash. This is usually caused by incorrect pre-treatment of the textile material by the manufacturer. Therefore, print products should be checked promptly after delivery and washed in accordance with the washing instructions in order to identify these defects and make a complaint. If defects arise due to non-compliance, these are not grounds for complaint.

Inappropriate clothing size

Textile sizes are not subject to any standardization, which is why size M from manufacturer A can be completely different to the same size from manufacturer B. We therefore offer a size table for each product as a guide, with information on width and height. The information refers to an unwashed textile and is without guarantee(!). If the actual information deviates by more than +/- 5% after we have checked it, Fame Fashion will provide a replacement free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Design images may differ in color from the actual print colors. Basically, the colors in the images look a little more saturated or the colors on the shirt appear a little darker

Why is the subject crooked or incorrectly positioned?

Positioning is subject to tolerances and textiles are not always cut exactly straight.
