RETURN
You can return your order or parts of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can easily arrange a return via our returns portal.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Germany, Zone A and United States of America:
Please use your customer account to receive your return label. The cost of the return (Germany: €4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount; Zone A, Zone B, Zone C the costs are borne by the customer) . If a return is received unannounced, we will charge a processing fee of €15.00 and restocking fee.

The goods must be in proper condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, treated with FAME Fashion (appreciation) and carefully packaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are returned late or in an improper condition.
An exchange of underwear, socks and B-goods is excluded.
The above-mentioned conditions do not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we cannot automatically offset one item against another, so a direct exchange is not possible. Of course, you can still easily exchange an item:
1. Simply order the item in your desired size again in the shop so that it can be sent directly to you.
2. Follow the item return instructions above to return your incorrect size item.
