The shipping and delivery times stated on the website, in product descriptions or in the ordering process do not constitute binding delivery dates or fixed-date transactions, but rather non-binding, estimated guidelines.
The stated delivery times are for guidance only. Deviations due to production, logistics, customs, or shipping service provider circumstances are reserved.
A delivery delay only occurs if a delivery date expressly designated as binding is culpably not met or if delivery is not made after the expiry of a reasonable grace period set by the customer.
Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.

For deliveries outside the EU, taxes, customs duties, or other fees may be levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your country's customs office for further information.
RETURNS
You can return your order or individual items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns can be conveniently registered via our returns portal.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions, if necessary. As soon as we receive your return, the refund will be processed.
Returns – Germany
Return shipping costs are €5.99 and will be deducted from your refund. If you choose store credit as your refund method, the return is free of charge.
Returns – Zone A, Zone B & Zone C (USA)
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. In these cases, we do not provide a return label. Additionally, a restocking fee of 3% of the purchase price applies to B2B customers.
Unannounced returns cause additional work and will be charged a processing and restocking fee of €15.00.
The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, and carefully packaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive late or in an improper condition.
Personalized items, underwear, socks and B-grade goods are excluded from exchange and return.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Cancellation after completion of the order process is not possible.
The aforementioned conditions do not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
Please reorder the desired item in the correct size from the shop and return the incorrectly sized item in accordance with the return policy.
